Delete your DavidSW account
This page explains how to delete your DavidSW app account and what happens to your data. You do not need the app installed to make a request.
Delete it yourself, in the app
If you still have the DavidSW app:
- Open the app and go to Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
Your account and personal data are removed immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you have uninstalled the app, or would rather we did it:
Email from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my account.
We will confirm once it is done. Please allow up to 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in
- Saved watches
- Price alerts
- Notification settings and device registrations
- Your delivery history for notifications we sent you
What is kept, and why
If you have submitted a watch to sell, that submission is kept as a business record, because it may relate to an offer, a negotiation or a completed transaction. Your personal details on it are erased — the name, email and phone number are replaced so the record can no longer be traced to you.
The same applies to any enquiry you sent us through the app.
